We’re pleased to share the successful completion of a roof repair project for our client in Cheltenham, led by Project Manager Adam Lamanna.
The project involved comprehensive repairs across the warehouse, with both site preparation and detailed roofing and gutter work ensuring a high-quality outcome.
The team of roofing specialists began with site mobilisation, which included setting up the site, preparing all necessary OHS documentation, and coordinating crane hire and material deliveries. Safety was a top priority throughout the project, with a dedicated site supervisor overseeing the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensuring compliance with all safety protocols.
Key tasks included the replacement of 300 square meters of Zincalume Klip-lok roofing, the installation of sarking, and various Zincalume flashings. Overflow provisions were also installed into six sumps, and vermin vents were added where needed. The team performed concrete wall scanning and coring as part of the preparation process, ensuring a thorough approach to the repairs.
In addition, suspended inertial overflow drains were fabricated and installed. After all work was completed, the site was fully cleaned, and a Plumbing Industry Certificate was issued, confirming the project met industry standards.
This Cheltenham based project demonstrates our team’s dedication to delivering high-quality, long-lasting solutions for our clients.
