Kennedys Group recently completed a major roofing and stormwater drainage upgrade at an industrial warehouse facility in Kyneton, Victoria. The project involved the removal and replacement of 313 square metres of deteriorated roof sheeting and associated processing pipework.
Senior Project Manager Adam Spencer led the project alongside a skilled plumbing team including Lachlan O’Donnell, Jack Marth, and Tyson Cross. Together, the crew delivered the works with strong attention to quality, safety, and efficiency throughout construction.
Because the facility remained operational during the project, careful planning and communication remained critical from start to finish. Our team worked closely with the client to coordinate access, manage workflow interruptions, and maintain daily operations across the active site.
The project required the removal and reinstatement of existing roof sheeting and processing pipework across the warehouse structure. In addition, Kennedys Group installed new safety wire and sisalation paper to strengthen safety compliance and improve insulation performance within the facility.
The works also included stormwater drainage upgrades to improve water management and support long-term roof performance. Through detailed coordination and efficient site management, the team successfully delivered the project while maintaining strict safety standards across all stages of construction.
Working within a regional location also required flexibility, planning, and strong collaboration from the entire crew. Over several months, the team consistently adapted to project demands while maintaining productivity and workmanship standards onsite.
