Kennedys Group recently completed a comprehensive roof repair project for a warehouse facility in Cheltenham. Senior Project Manager Adam Lamanna led the works alongside a skilled team of roofing specialists who delivered the project safely and efficiently.
The project commenced with detailed site mobilisation, including site establishment, safety planning, crane coordination, and material deliveries. Throughout construction, safety remained a priority, with a dedicated site supervisor overseeing PPE compliance and site procedures.
Our team replaced 300 square metres of Zincalume Klip-lok roofing to improve durability and long-term weather protection across the warehouse. In addition, the project included the installation of new sarking and multiple Zincalume flashings to strengthen the roof system’s performance.
To improve stormwater management, Kennedys Group installed overflow provisions into six existing sumps and added vermin vents where required. The team also completed concrete wall scanning and coring works to support accurate installation and minimise construction risks onsite.
Furthermore, our crews fabricated and installed suspended inertial overflow drains to improve drainage performance throughout the facility. Careful planning and coordination allowed the works to progress efficiently while maintaining quality standards across every stage of construction.
Once construction concluded, Kennedys Group completed a full site clean-up before issuing a Plumbing Compliance Certificate to confirm compliance with industry requirements.
