Kennedys Group was contracted by an esteemed client for works to be completed in Altona. The project focused on extensive removal and reinstallation of damaged sheeting and processing pipework across the roof of our client’s warehouse to be completed within tight time frames.
Spearheaded by Senior Project Manager Adam Spencer, our Leading Hand Plumbers Tyson Cross and Lachlan O’Donnell coordinated a team of five skilled plumbing specialists, undertaking the roofing tasks with precision and efficiency.
Faced with the complexity of an operational site, we collaborated closely with our client to execute the project over a weekend. This strategic approach guaranteed that the warehouse could resume operations seamlessly on Monday morning without any disruption to productivity.
Encompassing a wide array of tasks, the project required the removal and reinstallation of existing roof sheeting and processing pipework. Additionally, new safety wire and sisalation paper were installed, ensuring enhanced safety measures and insulation. To complete the project, all penetrations and flashings were meticulously addressed, ensuring thoroughness and compliance with quality standards.
