We are thrilled to announce the successful completion of the Belmont Shops Roof Replacement project.
Situated in the heart of Belmont, this iconic strip of shops has been an integral part of the community for decades, serving as a hub for various businesses including restaurants, a beauty salon, a toy store, and more.
Spanning from February to May 2023, this project was executed under the capable leadership of Project Manager Rick Slevison. Alongside Rick, our team of 6 dedicated commercial plumbers, showcased the commitment, expertise, and attention to detail that has defined Kennedys Group over the last 48 years.
The scope of work included:
- The replacement of 500 square meters of roofing, ensuring enhanced durability and protection for the shops below.
- Insulation blanket installation was carried out to improve energy efficiency and climate control within the premises.
- A gutter replacement was undertaken to address drainage issues.
- Installation of downpipes and overflow systems ensured proper water management, safeguarding the integrity of the building structure.
Throughout the project duration, our team maintained clear communication channels, adhered to strict safety protocols, and prioritized minimal disruption to the surrounding businesses and community.
