Shannon Kennedy
DIRECTOR

Beginning at Kennedys Group in 1996, Shannon has worked through the business from his early beginnings as a plumbing apprentice. This experience has given him the grounding and confidence to contribute to what Kennedys Group is today.
Shannon has been a Director of the group since 2006. He played a significant role in expanding the business via the Asbestos & Environmental division of the company and oversees the coordination of larger business projects.
With a proven track record of project delivery, from estimating to contract administration and project completion, Shannon is experienced in the large-scale coordination of services and all aspects of quality, safety and environmental control.
His client experience is both broad and deep and has included several state and federal government departments including Education and Training, Justice, Human Services, Parks Victoria, Parliamentary Services and Defence.
As a valued leader of the Kennedys Group team, he has contributed to a statewide asbestos remediation project for Defence spanning two years. Additionally, he has been involved in an asbestos remediation project on Gabo Island for Parks Victoria, managing stringent timelines in a delicate ecosystem.

Chris Kennedy
DIRECTOR

Joining the team in 2005 as a plumbing apprentice, Chris has progressed through the business to become a highly skilled leader who knows the ins and outs of the Commercial Plumbing and Asbestos & Environmental industries.
As a Director, he has overseen significant growth within the business through the diversity of trade services and branches particularly in the development of our Asbestos & Environmental services.
Chris has worked with a variety of clients, including several high-profile private sector companies as well as state and federal government departments. Geelong Port, Ford Motor Company, Barwon Water, CFA, City of Greater Geelong, and Australian Decommissioning Services (Alcoa site) are just some of the organisations he has assisted, and the high rate of return business is a testament to the quality of his work.
Prior to joining Kennedys, Chris has worked within the landscaping and construction industries.

Mark Hancock
Chief Financial Officer
Mark is responsible for the management of all financial operations at Kennedys, ensuring the company’s financial stability, growth and the long-term success of the business. Mark has genuine passion about empowering others and creating high performing teams.

MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER
Jarrad is our Digital and Innovation Champion, driving Kennedys Group Marketing across all channels. Jarrad’s extensive background, developed across years of experience in trade and construction, gives Kennedys Group the edge in a competitive market.
Rowan McSparron
OHS MANAGER
Working in the Plumbing and Asbestos industry for over 25 years has provided Rowan with a comprehensive grasp of occupational health and safety standards. Rowan’s professional drive has excelled his career at Kennedys Group, from a Registered Plumber through to OHS Manager.
David Lombardi
Estimating Manager
David brings almost 20 years of experience estimating within the commercial plumbing industry. Overseeing the wider estimating team and our tender submission process, David continually drives for an improved workflow and the best experience for our clients, big and small.
Branch Managers
Our Branches are strategically located in Williamstown, Dandenong and Geelong to maximise our coverage to provide state-wide service, 24/7. Our Branch Managers are our operation experts, overseeing large workforces on the ground whilst coordinating hundreds of jobs monthly.
Fraser Lauder

Fraser has vast experience spearheading major projects in the telecommunications sector, and a passion for developing the skills of our people. Fraser drives business development opportunities in the region, working with large corporations based in the Melbourne CBD.
Matthew Kennedy

Matthew coordinates an experienced workforce across our Plumbing and Asbestos & Environmental divisions. Matt’s diverse and driven team provides services to the Geelong and Bellarine Peninsula region, from small businesses to major government contracts.
