PROJECT VALUE

When a flash flooding event caused extensive water damage at a client’s facility, our Geelong Plumbing and Asbestos & Environmental teams, led by Branch Manager Pat Bryce, responded immediately to ensure occupant safety and began reinstatement efforts.

Over the following months, our specialists worked diligently to restore the facility. Mould-affected materials were safely removed, and extensive reinstatement works were completed, including new plaster walls, edging, cabinetry, and 700m² of carpet tiles. A full repainting of the affected areas ensured a seamless finish, leaving the facility looking better than before.

In addition to restoring the damage, we took a preventative approach by upgrading the stormwater drainage system throughout the grounds. This included the installation of 32 lineal metres of 300mm PVC pipe, ensuring proper water flow and significantly reducing the risk of future flooding, enhancing the site’s resilience against extreme weather events.

Through rapid emergency response, meticulous restoration, and proactive flood prevention, we successfully reinstated the facility in Geelong to full operation. A huge thank you to our dedicated team for delivering high-quality, time-sensitive work for a valued client in need.

When disaster strikes, our team is ready to respond.
