Kennedys Group completed critical roofing and processing pipework upgrades at an operational warehouse facility in Altona. The project required extensive removal and reinstatement works within a compressed construction timeframe.
Senior Project Manager Adam Spencer led the project alongside Leading Hand Plumbers Tyson Cross and Lachlan O’Donnell. Together, they coordinated a team of five skilled plumbing specialists to deliver the works safely and efficiently.
Because the warehouse remained operational, careful planning and strong communication became essential throughout the project. To minimise disruption to the client’s operations, Kennedys Group completed the works across a weekend shutdown. This approach allowed the facility to resume normal operations on Monday morning without impacting productivity.
The project included the removal and replacement of existing roof sheeting and processing pipework across the warehouse roof area. In addition, our team installed new safety wire and sisalation paper to improve safety compliance and insulation performance throughout the structure.
Kennedys Group also completed all roof penetrations and flashing works to ensure weatherproofing integrity and long-term durability. Attention to detail across every stage of construction helped maintain quality standards while meeting the project deadline.
