About the Role

As a Bulldozer Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to perform earthmoving, grading, and land clearing tasks. You’ll work closely with a supportive team to deliver high-quality outcomes while prioritising safety and efficiency.

While this is a full-time position, we are open to considering candidates interested in casual work arrangements.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Operation of Bulldozer and other plant to complete assigned tasks
  • Perform grading, land clearing and excavation work as per project requirements
  • Conduct daily pre-start checks and routine maintenance on equipment
  • Ensure the safe operation of machinery, adhering to company and client safety policies and procedures
  • Work collaboratively with team members and site supervisors to ensure project deadlines are met
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment on-site
  • Assist in other duties as needed to support the team

You will hold the below licenses: 

  • Relevant plant licence / ticket
  • Manual driver’s licence
  • Working with children’s check
  • Permanent rights to work in Australia
  • Red or White card
  • Police check
